Our story began many years ago in California, with a little abandoned puppy who changed everything.
The Puppy Who Changed Her Life
Growing up in California, our founder Emily Carter discovered a small abandoned puppy during a family trip.
She still remembers that moment.
A frightened little puppy, searching for safety and someone to trust.
Without hesitation, Emily brought her home.
That puppy quickly became more than a pet.
She became family.
They shared morning walks, quiet afternoons, family dinners, and countless little moments that seemed ordinary at the time—but later became priceless memories.
For Emily, that puppy was her first lesson in unconditional love.
A reminder that sometimes, the smallest souls leave the biggest footprints in our hearts.
When Love Was Separated by Distance
Life, however, sometimes takes us in unexpected directions.
At 13 years old, Emily moved abroad to continue her education.
For the first time, she had to say goodbye to her best friend.
Her parents continued to care for the dog with love, but with busy schedules and everyday responsibilities, they sometimes needed help from neighbors.
Her dog was safe.
Her dog was loved.
But Emily always felt something was missing.
The connection they once shared—the daily companionship, the little moments, the feeling of always being together—could never truly be replaced.

Every Christmas, when Emily returned home, something magical happened.

At 16 years old, Emily received the news every pet owner fears.
Her beloved companion had passed away.

Fifteen years later, Emily realized something:

In 2026, Emily founded LuckyU Pet.
